Keepers of the Dream

A Community Arts Celebration of Dr. King’s Vision

The Kentucky Center ArtsReach program, along with Louisville Central Community Centers, River City Drum Corp and Louisville Metro government, invite you to this free community arts celebration of Dr. King’s legacy and vision.

We recommend arriving at 4 p.m. for pre-show entertainment by the Jubilee Singers.

Seating is first come, first served. The theater opens at 4:40 p.m. for seating.

At 5 p.m., the program continues in Whitney Hall. This inspiring and popular annual event includes live performances - choral and instrumental music, dance, spoken word, etc. - as well as the presentation of Mayor Greg Fischer’s Freedom Award.

The post-show reception features the Louisville Leopard Percussionists.
