Arts Education Showcases: For 25 years, educators, librarians, parents, and others have discovered quality, pre-screened arts education programs in all art forms by attending one of several Arts Education Showcases presented across the state. Explore the new online version of the Arts Education Showcase, produced in collaboration with KET and The Center for Rural Technology.
Arts Academies: The Kentucky Center will present four Arts Academies in partnership with the Kentucky Department of Education in June 2010. These hands-on weeklong seminars focus on Dance & Music or Drama & Visual Arts. They are led by master artist-educators who are experienced Professional Development trainers and who have a thorough knowledge of Kentucky’s core standards in their art form with connections to other content areas. Kentucky Public School teachers of grades K-12 are eligible to apply. Applications are due April 7.

ArtsReach and ArtsReach Kentucky
The Kentucky Center’s ArtsReach and ArtsReach Kentucky programs collaborate with community non-profits across the Commonwealth to provide quality arts programs and professional development with a strong emphasis on hands-on art experiences and studio instruction for under-served communities. These programs contribute to the development of healthy, confident, creative youth, adults, and families – and more vibrant and collaborative communities.
