Re: HAMILTON, there will be NO PHONE SALES.

Due to extremely high demand, not everyone will get tickets.

If you don’t get tickets during the public on-sale, there is still hope! Additional seats will be made available for sale closer to the engagement. Please check kentuckycenter.org/all-shows/hamilton regularly for updates regarding availability, or sign-up for the PNC Broadway in Louisville eCLUB: louisville.broadway.com/join-our-eclub/

What to Expect Online:

Online is the fastest way to purchase tickets.

The Kentucky Center website, kentuckycenter.org , is the only official website selling non-subscription tickets for HAMILTON  performances at the Kentucky Center.

Any other website selling tickets to HAMILTON  will be a broker or reseller and will charge you more than regular ticket prices. We cannot guarantee that tickets purchased through a ticket broker or reseller are valid, and therefore the Kentucky Center Ticket Office cannot assist guests who purchase through brokers if there are any problems with tickets.

Process for buying online:

  • -Visit kentuckycenter.org on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • -You will enter the virtual waiting room.
  • -When the on-sale opens, everyone who is in the pre-queue waiting room will be randomly  assigned a place in the queue.
  • -After that point, new people entering the waiting room will be assigned numbers added at the end of the queue.
  • -If you are still in the waiting room when inventory becomes scarce or unavailable, you will be notified with a message on your screen.
  • -You may elect to receive an email from the virtual waiting room notifying you when it is your turn to enter the site. The email will contain a link to enter, which will expire after 10 minutes. Don’t let your purchase link expire!

Have your web login credentials (email + password) and your credit card handy. There are no “on file” credit card numbers in use for this sale. If you need to create a kentuckycenter.org online account, visit kentuckycenter.org/login?returnURL=my-account.

When it is your turn to purchase: Once you put seats in your shopping cart, you have 10 minutes to complete your purchase. The timer starts when you select your seats. You cannot select specific seats on an interactive map, but you will be able to choose from seating areas and prices. You are allowed FOUR tickets per household and all sales are final. Review and confirm your performance date and time before you purchase; there are no refunds or exchanges.

See explanation at the top of this document regarding mandatory order review process and length of time for tickets to be delivered.
